AI Agents & Copilot Studio

Build intelligent agents that automate processes, answer questions, and take action — grounded in your organisation's own data and policies.

Most organisations already have the data, the documents, and the processes. What they often lack is a way to make that information more easily accessible or work harder for them, thereby increasing its value.

Microsoft Copilot Studio makes it possible to build agents that understand your organisation's policies, take action in your systems, and handle processes that currently require manual intervention. Not generic chatbots. Purpose-built agents grounded in your data, connected to your workflows.

What I Build

Document and Policy Agents

Large volumes of policies, procedural documents, manuals, guidelines? Staff struggling to find anything? Are you struggling to structure a SharePoint search correctly? I can build you an agent grounded on your organisation's documentation. Staff ask questions in natural language and get accurate answers drawn directly from your content. No hallucination, no guesswork — the agent only knows what you've given it.

Deployed for a large international organisation to handle staff queries against a complex policy document library. Staff get instant, accurate answers without raising tickets or waiting for a response.

Process Automation Agents

Agents that don't just answer questions — they take action. A project intake agent that classifies a request, creates a SharePoint site, sets up a Planner board, routes an approval to the right person, and notifies the requestor when everything is ready. A document review agent that compares submitted contracts against your standard terms and produces a prioritised change summary.

The agent handles the process. Your team handles the decisions.

Multi-Agent Architectures

Complex business processes often involve multiple steps, multiple systems, and multiple approvals. Multi-agent architectures allow specialist agents to handle different parts of a process — intake, classification, provisioning, notification — orchestrated as a single seamless workflow.

Copilot in SharePoint — Skills and Site Intelligence

From mid-June 2026, Copilot in SharePoint rolls out to every Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed tenant. Beyond the opt-in/opt-out decision, this introduces two powerful capabilities that organisations can start using immediately.

Skills

Reusable multi-step workflows stored as Markdown files directly on a SharePoint site. A Skill is written once and available to everyone on that site — contract review, report generation, content classification, project setup. The same output, every time, regardless of who runs it.

The PnP community maintains a growing collection of open Skills at the SharePoint Skills repository — a useful starting point for understanding what Skills can do and how they're structured.

SharePoint.md — Site Intelligence

A single context file that tells Copilot everything it needs to know about a site — naming conventions, content rules, what libraries contain what, how documents should be structured. Every chat on that site starts with full context automatically. The SharePoint.md file is a governance instrument — the mechanism by which a site owner controls how Copilot behaves on their site.

What I can help with

  • Design and write Skills for your most repeated workflows
  • Create SharePoint.md context files for your key sites
  • Build the governance framework that controls who can create Skills and what they can do
  • Prepare your environment for the June 2026 opt-out rollout

What You Get

  • Agents built around real business issues
  • Grounded on your own documentation and data
  • Connected to SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and Power Automate
  • Governance framework included — who can use it, what it can access, how it's maintained
  • Deployed in your Microsoft 365 environment, under your control

Governance First

Deploying an AI agent in your organisation isn't just a technical decision. It's a governance decision. Which data can the agent access? Who can create new agents? What happens when the underlying documents change?

Every agent I build comes with a governance framework — permissions scoped correctly, access documented, and a clear process for maintaining the agent as your organisation evolves.

If you're preparing for the Copilot in SharePoint opt-out rollout in June 2026, I can also help you design the governance baseline your environment needs before the rollout lands.

Agent Archetypes

Examples of agents I build and deploy:

Project Provisioning Agent

Collects project requirements, classifies by type and budget, provisions SharePoint site, Teams channel, and Planner board. Routes approval to the project sponsor and notifies the PM when resources are ready.

Document and Policy Q&A Agent

Grounded on your organisation's documentation. Staff ask questions, the agent answers from your content — accurately, consistently, without raising tickets.

More to be added soon.

Ready to Build?

If your organisation has a process that currently relies on people manually finding information, routing requests, or repeating the same steps — there's probably an agent for that.
